Good morning to all those in construction who are feeling the pressure today. A simple question that requires an answer but also a solution. What do you think?
Chatting with a client yesterday about pricing work. Tenders come through the door and hours of work and negotiation with sub-contractors and the client turns around and says, “It’s over budget!” This seems to be happening all too often and it is causing frustration, particularly within the supply chain. The outcome is that there is now a reluctance to price work. Is this your experience or is my client an isolated case? What are your thoughts?
