Testimonials

You will have read about the use and importance of using testimonials in business. They are statements made by other people and ideally by your customers demonstrating satisfaction with your product or service. I have written about the use of testimonials in one of my earlier blog posts which you can read here. Here are some companies that I have worked with and at long last I can display their thoughts on this site.

What my clients are saying

  • CMM’s marketing audit has given me the opportunity to review my businesses performance and to look at new promotional strategies going forward. The process of the audit was surprisingly easy with greater than expected results. For a fraction of my time I have received insight into a very wide spectrum under the subject of marketing and how that can help to improve my business. The report in response to my questionnaire answers provides clear understanding of each particular area and what I can do within my business to exploit it

  • Having found John to be a personable, professional individual, I completed one of CMM’s Mezzanine Audit Reports and found the whole process quick and easy. The report and all important advice and recommendations were focused, clear and easy to understand and I have no doubt will help in the continued development of my business.

  • SPS Painting Contractors approached CMM in 2006 because they wanted to develop their client base by setting appointments and generating enquiries over the phone. We soon found that we could trust John to achieve our goals and found new enquiries coming in to the office from new contractors and end users. John also supplied valuable and informative tips for making appointments in order to capitalise on the time spent with potential new customers.

He fitted in with the company and was able to represent us at the ‘coal face’ by constantly reminding our target audience who we are and what we do best. The entire process has proven to be highly successful and the benefits have been measurable.

SPS would highly recommend CMM to other construction related companies looking to generate new business opportunities

  • John has been working on behalf of Alexander Associates for some ten years. The brief was simply two-fold: to raise the profile of the practice and to make contacts that were then for me to convert into fee paying projects. These objectives have been met and are still being met but in addition I have welcomed the advice in other areas of the business that John has given.
When John started there was an immediate fit with our firm, it was clear that he was Alexander Associates when working at our offices. This was important to us as we thrive (or fail) on the personal contacts we make. With John on the team, I am able to concentrate on the business that I know best, leaving the marketing to John.

  • John has provided Avenues with a first rate marketing service over the last ten years. We have profited by receiving a steady stream of new business from the expansion of existing sectors as well as new market areas which include the MoD and NHS Trusts.
This new business has resulted directly from the friendly but highly professional manner in which our company is projected to potential new clients by John.
We are delighted with the flexibility of approach, conscientiousness of the staff and the success that has brought us, and hope to continue our working relationship well into the future.

  • A new environmental division within an established engineering practice, Alexander Associates was started in 2002 by Alan Beaumont. John was given the brief to develop a new client base by setting highly targeted appointments over the phone with prospective work providers such as house builders and developers. This has been carried out with such a high degree of success that a new practice, AA Environmental LLP, was formed in 2007 and now has 5 full time environmental consultants.

Year on year our turnover and profits have grown and we continue to be fortunate enough to have a steady work load. John’s detemined and professional approach to this process has helped us to secure the kind of clients we are looking for with repeat business being the by-product. We would wholeheartedly recommend CMM to other construction consultants and contractors as the benefits are obvious.

  • We have used CMM for some twelve years now. In that time we have trebled our turn over and increased our profile in the construction market place. John works as we do by creating and developing relationships to give continued business from an ever increasing select customer base – not just getting leads and enquiries for the sake of it.We have found it is not a case of employing an agency, CMM works as one of our team offering feedback, guidance and suggestions to compliment our objectives

    Mike Smith – MD MCIOB
  • Since starting with EMDC in October 2003 John has been successful in identifying and establishing good working relationships with new work providers based upon our initial brief. His role in appointment setting, nurturing relationships and negotiating tender opportunities has been carried out as promised in a professional manner. As a result our profitability as a company has grown significantly.

We would highly recommend John to other construction-related firms wanting to expand their existing client base and develop on going work opportunities into the future. EMDC looks forward to working with John well into the future as we clearly see the benefits.
